Parts Delivery & Returns Proceedure
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. If a defect does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after we have inspected it. Any carriage charges will be refunded after inspection has taken place.
We endeavour to have all items in stock, however if an item is out of stock we will advise you via e-mail or telephone and confirm a new approximate delivery date.
Your order should arrive in good condition within five working days from order, if you do receive any damaged or defective goods, we must be told within five days via e-mail or telephone. This applies to missing items. Accessories direct will attempt to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any extra expenses incurred for late or incomplete deliveries.
Any product purchased that may require returning should be reported to us by telephone or e-mail within 72 hours of delivery. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect, you will need to arrange your own method of return to our head office. All goods must be returned at the senders expense and should be packed using the original packaging. If locality allows goods can be returned directly to our store. Once the goods have been inspected and a refund has been agreed the original value of the goods will be refunded back to the customer via the same method of original payment. Returns must be sent to North Staffs caravan’s LTD, Newcastle rd, Silverdale, Newcastle Staffs. ST5 6NR. Alternatively goods can be brought into our Head office.
